Nail polish (darkest to lightest) and products used: Finger Paints - Meet Me at the Met Zoya - Kelly Nails Inc - The Thames Zoya - Caitlin Orly - Mirror Mirror OPI - My Boyfriend Scales Walls 5 oz paper cup Room temperature filtered water Orange stick (or any sharp tool) Scotch tape (optional) Step-by-Step -Start out with clean, dry nails and apply a base coat -Use Meet Me At the Met as your base color -In a cup of room temperature, filtered water, build your bullseye using all 6 colors. I used a total of 18 drops but it may vary depending on the polish you use -Draw in the design with the tip of your orange stick -Dip you nail(s) into the design -Clean the top of the water -Slowly pull your nail out -Remove tape, clean up around the edges -Finish with a top coat!
